The inspiration for this series is drawn from my love of beautiful surfaces, like the worn wood of antique furniture, mossy terra cotta pots weathered by their years in the garden, drippy glazes on handmade pottery, and chippy layers of paint that reveal hidden colors beneath.

This painting is acrylic on canvas, 24 x 24 x 1.5 inches. The sides of the canvas are painted to match the piece’s color palette and it will arrive ready to hang.
